Orders & Production
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each piece is handcrafted on demand and requires approximately 8–9 days of production, followed by standard delivery times depending on your location.
For exclusive drops, pieces are already made and shipped within 48 hours.
Are all pieces made to order?
Yes. MBPoxy pieces are made individually by hand. Exclusive drop pieces are produced in limited quantities and available immediately.
Can I request a custom design?
Custom pieces are not available at the moment. However, i plan to introduce custom options in the future, based on existing MBPoxy designs.
Product & Craftsmanship
Are all clocks identical?
No. Each piece is entirely handcrafted, meaning slight variations in patterns, tones, and textures may occur. This is what makes every piece unique.
Why are there small marks or micro scratches?
Epoxy resin is a complex and expressive material. Despite great care during production, subtle surface nuances or micro marks may appear. These are not defects, but part of the material’s natural character and artisanal process.
What materials are used?
Each piece is crafted from a carefully prepared MDF base, which is cut, sanded, and finished by hand.
It is then worked with high-quality epoxy resin, pigments, and mineral-inspired effects to create depth and contrast.
Roman numerals are also cast in resin, enhancing the overall finish and identity of each piece.
Shipping & Delivery
Where and how do you ship?
I currently ship across Europe. Orders are delivered to the nearest available pickup point based on the shipping adress provided.
How long is delivery?
Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after production, depending on your location.
Is shipping free?
Shipping conditions vary depending on your location. Please refer to checkout for accurate details.
Returns & Support
Can I return my order?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Please note:
As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations are part of the product and cannot be considered defects.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos. I will take care of the situation as quickly as possible.
Technical Information
Is the clock mechanism included?
Yes, all clocks include a functioning Quartz clock mechanism.
Are batteries included?
No, batteries are not included.
